Navegant per LinkedIn he trobat una discussió sobre la importància de ser un "expert en la matèria" a l'hora de facilitar l'aprenentatge.
Aquí us deixo la meva opinió:
Crec que totes les persones tenen la capacitat d'aprendre el que sigui, sempre i quan ho vulguin, és clar. I crec també que la persona que acompanya en el procés d'aprenentatge no té per què ser necessàriament un expert. Saber molt d'una matèria algunes vegades pot ser bo, perquè parles des del coneixement, des de l'experiència; però algunes vegades pot ser dolent, perquè no veus més enllà del que saps: de tant "ple de coneixement", no queda lloc per a noves maneres d'aprendre, i corres el perill de pensar que les "altres maneres", les dels alumnes, no són correctes...
Em sembla que facilitar l'aprenentatge des del "no sé", des del "tu què faries?", pot ser molt més enriquidor per qui aprèn. Però, per descomptat, cal estar disposat a admetre davant dels alumnes que, potser, ells en sàpiguen més que tu. Qui s'hi atreveix?

Here goes my point of view:
I think that everyone has the capacity of learning everything, as long as they want it, of course. And I also think that the person that accompanies the learning process doesn't need to be an expert. Sometimes it is good to be an expert, because you speak from an expert point of view, from experience; but sometimes it is bad, because you cannot see beyond your knowledge: you are so "full of knowledge", that there is no room for new ways of learning, and you are in danger of thinking that the "other ways", the learners' ways, are incorrect...
I think that facilitating learning starting from "I don't know", or from "What would you do?", can be much more enriching for the learner. But, of course, it is necessary to accept that, maybe, students know the subject much more better than you. Who dares?
